Delivery times may vary depending on the product and country. The company's manufacturing processes (pre-order) may result in delays of 10-15 days. Unless an item is out of stock, shipments are processed Monday through Friday.

Delivery times will vary depending on the day the online purchase is made or the country:

  • Spain: Orders to Spain will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days, plus the corresponding additional time (indicated on each product) in the case of a pre-order product.
  • European Union countries: In general, orders for Europe will arrive within approximately 7-10 business days. plus the corresponding additional time (indicated for each product) in the case of a pre-order product.
  • Rest of the World: Orders for the rest of the world will be delivered within approximately 10-15 business days. plus the corresponding additional time (indicated for each product) in the case of a pre-order product. Excluding possible customs delays.

On the other hand, shipping costs will vary depending on the country:

  • Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €250 (orders under this amount will have a shipping cost of €5.95).

*Excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (shipping cost will be €15). Delivery to the Canary Islands may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to customs procedures.

  • European Union countries: An additional cost of €19 will be applied and tax regulations and customs laws will be observed.
  • Rest of the World: An additional cost of €40 will be applied; tax regulations and customs laws will be observed.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PRODUCT?

You have the right to cancel your purchase and exchange or return the purchased products within a maximum period of 14 business days.

In the case of a return due to withdrawal, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be the same as the original shipping costs. The refund will then be for the full price of the item. Once the product is received in our warehouse, its condition will be checked before the refund can be processed.

HOW DO I PROCESS THE REFUND?

You have a maximum of 14 business days from the delivery date to return your purchase. Items must be in perfect condition, with the original tags attached. Otherwise, MarÀvic Collection reserves the right to refuse the return. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the item's arrival at our office.

  • If you reside in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or in another country of the European Union:

  • If you reside in a country outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You can send it to the following address:

HOW DO I PROCESS THE CHANGE?

You have a maximum of 14 business days from the delivery date to exchange your purchase. Items must be in perfect condition, with the original tags attached. Otherwise, MarÀvic Collection reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

You can make the change by filling out the change form and you will receive an email with instructions.

The exchange request will be processed within 24-48 hours. Exchanges are subject to stock availability on the website.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product purchased on the MarÀvic Collection website does not meet the quality criteria, you have the right to make a claim during the legal guarantee period by emailing hola@maravic-collection .

Please contact our after-sales service and briefly explain the problem. Please attach clear photographs of the product, showing all details and a close-up.
