These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, ordering, and access to products from MARAVIC ATELIER, SL, hereinafter "MARÀVIC", with registered office at Calle Antonio Gil de Jasa, 18, Bajo, 50006, Zaragoza, Spain, and with tax identification number B04938064, on the website www.maravic-collection.com and apply to all sales of products between MARÀVIC and any User who places orders through the website.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
«MARÀVIC» – The products marketed by MARÀVIC through the website www.maravic-collection.com;
“User” – Any person, not a merchant, who places an order through the website www.maravic-collection.com;
The use of the website www.maravic-collection.com and the purchase of MARÀVIC products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
To place an order, the User can register by completing the fields included in the form on the website www.maravic-collection.com.
You can also place your order through a simpler process that doesn't require registration. However, by registering on the website, your information and preferences will be saved for easier use in future purchases.
Upon completing registration, the User has access to their personal account, where they can manage their account settings, favorite items, and orders.
As soon as you access your personal account, you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The website www.maravic-collection.com is intended for all users who wish to purchase MARÀVIC products from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Information about the product's features can be found at www.maravic-collection.com.
The MARÀVIC brand reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.maravic-collection.com.
To place an order on www.maravic-collection.com, users must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, allowing them to enjoy a fully functional online browsing experience. Users can then proceed with online product purchases, for which the following is required:
* Find the products you want to buy;
* Add the selected products to the "Shopping Cart";
* Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the MARÀVIC database in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy, including "Delivery address", "Billing address", "Payment method", and "Telephone number" among others.
* Review your order and confirm the order;
The user will receive an order confirmation email with details about their selected payment method. After payment is validated, they will receive a confirmation email.
MARÀVIC will make all the details of the purchase available through the website www.maravic-collection.com, in its customer area.
Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the detailed invoice.
By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of Purchase described at www.maravic-collection.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.
MARÀVIC reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
If the product is unavailable; payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.maravic-collection.com; payment is not confirmed; billing information is incorrect or unverifiable; we do not receive payment for the order within 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order; there is an error in the price quote; delivery is not possible to the address provided by the User.
The prices of the products shown on the website www.maravic-collection.com include value-added tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the user will be indicated on the invoice that will be sent to the user.
Prices are expressed in euros (€). Please note that the delivery country may affect prices due to varying shipping costs. Customs duties related to the delivery country are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices for products displayed on the website are subject to change. MARÀVIC reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
If there is any error in the price of the products requested, MARÀVIC or the User may cancel the order until the order is shipped.
The total price shown at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Spain) and shipping costs. All orders within the European Union are subject to 21% VAT.
The user must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
The User can make payment for their purchases using the methods indicated at the time of purchase.
MARÀVIC does not accept any payment methods other than those listed at the time of purchase. The User should not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified. If they do, we will not be liable for lost payments or any other damages that may result.
Maravic manufactures on pre-order, delivery times will vary between 10-15 days.
Shipping to Spain
Maravic offers free shipping on orders over €200 (orders under €200 will cost €5.95). This excludes the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (where shipping costs €15 and returns are not accepted).
The Shipments to European Union countries They will have a fee of €19.
The Shipments from the Rest of the World They will have a fee of €40.
MARÀVIC ships the products requested by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, except holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.
Our delivery service does not include the scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, which is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
Delivery times for products will depend on the destination and garment. Maravic manufactures on a pre-order basis; delivery times may vary between 10 and 15 days. Delivery times vary depending on the time of purchase on the online store and the destination country; the customer will be informed at all times from the moment of purchase. All orders placed on a public holiday (non-business day) will be processed on the next business day.
MARÀVIC will inform the User of the unavailability of the requested product(s), and will refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the lack of availability.
If the carrier is unavailable to deliver the products on the indicated date, the User will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the User must not accept the delivery, and the order will be returned. The User must report the situation, ideally with photographic documentation, via email. hello@maravic-collection.com If you agree, MARÀVIC will process the return of the order at no cost to you. If you wish to cancel the order, you will receive a full refund.
If you do not receive your order within 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment, please send an email to hello@maravic-collection.com informing us of what happened. After this period, MARÀVIC is not responsible for the loss of the order.
Delivery is considered complete upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Order cancellation before shipment:
The user can cancel the order of products at no associated cost, as long as they have not yet been shipped.
If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, they must immediately contact our Customer Service and request its cancellation via email. hello@maravic-collection.com . This procedure is essential to initiate the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is submitted in a timely manner, the User will be notified and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.
If the cancellation request is not made before the order is shipped, the products will be sent to the customer who, if they maintain their intention to cancel, will refuse to accept them. The products will be returned, and once received, the refund will be processed, deducting the shipping costs from the amount the user will receive.
The user has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities.
The receipt of defective items should be reported to MARÀVIC via email hello@maravic-collection.com within 3 (three) days of receiving the order, including a photograph as proof. If your claim is justified, the amount paid for the product and the shipping cost to the MARÀVIC warehouse will be refunded.
MARÀVIC reserves the right to refuse to return products with visible signs of use, signs that have been washed or processed/modified.
In the case of a return due to withdrawal, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. Once the product is received in our warehouse, its condition will be checked before the refund is issued. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
MARÀVIC does not sell second-hand, defective, or inferior products. The main features of each product shown on www.maravic-collection.com can be found on each product page.
MARÀVIC will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products displayed on the website www.maravic-collection.com are as accurate and true to life as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colors.
In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, MARÀVIC will seek to resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) business days, by email to hello@maravic-collection.com .
MARÀVIC does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.maravic-collection.com, nor any of its functions, and it may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.
MARÀVIC will also not assume any responsibility for damages arising, directly or indirectly, from force majeure situations that prevent MARÀVIC, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely, strikes, power outages, telecommunications services or any other service, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, malfunction, delays from suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.
MARÀVIC is not responsible for the misuse of the user's website access data by third parties, as these data are personal and non-transferable.
MARÀVIC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the changes made and notifying users through the publication of the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.maravic-collection.com.
We ask that you carefully read our Privacy Policy so that you can learn about the rules and procedures adopted by MARÀVIC regarding the processing of data collected when you browse the website www.maravic-collection.com and when you use the features it offers, as well as security and confidentiality measures.
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from them, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase from it, shall be governed by Spanish law.
