These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, ordering, and access to products from MARAVIC ATELIER, S.L., hereinafter "MarÀvic Collection," with registered office at Avenida de Francisco de Goya 24, Local Izquierda, 50006, Zaragoza, Spain, and with tax identification number B04938064, on the website www.maravic-collection.com and apply to all product sales between MarÀvic Collection and any User who places orders through the website.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
«MarÀvic Collection» – The products marketed by MarÀvic Collection through the website www.maravic-collection.com;
«User» – Any person, not a merchant, who places an order through the website www.maravic-collection.com;
Use of the website www.maravic-collection.com and the purchase of MarÀvic Collection products presupposes the User’s knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To place an order, the User may register by filling in the fields included in the form on the website www.maravic-collection.com.
It is also possible to place your order through a simpler process that does not require registration. However, by registering on the website, your data and preferences will be saved for easier use in future purchases.
Upon completing registration, the User has access to their personal account, where they can manage their account settings, favorites, and orders.
As soon as you access your personal account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The website www.maravic-collection.com is intended for all users who wish to purchase MarÀvic Collection products from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The MarÀvic Collection brand reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offering, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions presented on the website www.maravic-collection.com.
To place an order on www.maravic-collection.com, it is necessary for the user to have an email account and for their browser to be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all online browsing conditions. The User may proceed to purchase products online, for which it is necessary to:
* Find the products you wish to purchase;
* Add the selected products to the "Shopping Cart";
* Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the MarÀvic Collection database in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy, including "Delivery Address," "Billing Address," "Payment Method," and "phone number," among others.
* Review your order and confirm the order;
* The User will receive an order confirmation email with details about the payment method they have selected. After payment validation, you will receive a confirmation email.
MarÀvic Collection will make all purchase details available through the website www.maravic-collection.com, in your customer area.
Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated during the purchase process, along with the detailed invoice.
By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.maravic-collection.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.
MarÀvic Collection reserves the right to not accept and to cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
If the product is not available; payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.maravic-collection.com; payment is not confirmed; billing information is incorrect or unverifiable; we do not receive payment for the order within 5 (five) days of your order acceptance; there is an error in the price quote; it is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.maravic-collection.com include value-added tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the user will be indicated on the invoice that will be sent to the user.
Prices are expressed in euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery may influence prices due to different transport costs. Customs duties related to the country of delivery of the order shall be borne by the customer.
The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change. MarÀvic Collection reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
If there is any error in the price of the products ordered, MarÀvic Collection or the User may cancel the order until the order is shipped.
The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Spain) and shipping costs. All EUROPEAN UNION orders INCUR 21% VAT.
The user must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
The User may make payment for their purchases using the methods indicated at the time of purchase.
MarÀvic Collection does not accept any payment methods other than those mentioned at the time of purchase. The User should not attempt to pay by any other means not listed in the specified payment methods. If you do so, we will not be responsible for the loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product or the country. Manufacturing processes (pre-order) may cause additional delays of between 10 and 15 days. Subject to stock availability, shipments are processed from Monday to Friday.
Depending on the destination, the order may be delivered to your home or to a collection point, and in most areas, there is also an express shipping option.

MarÀvic Collection ships the products ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except on public holidays, and on the days and times utilized by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier; it is necessary to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.
Delivery times for products will depend on the destination and the garment. Maràvic Collection manufactures via Pre-order; delivery times may vary between 10-15 days. Delivery times vary depending on the time the purchase is made in the online store and the country of destination; the customer will be informed at all times from the purchase onwards. All orders placed on a public holiday (non-working day) will be processed on the next business day.
MarÀvic Collection will inform the User of the unavailability of the requested product(s) and will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver the products on the indicated date, the User will be contacted to arrange another delivery date.
At the time of delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via email to hola@maravic-collection.com and, if agreed, MarÀvic Collection will proceed to return the order at no cost to the User. If you wish to cancel the order, the total amount paid will be refunded.
If you do not receive your order within 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to hola@maravic-collection.com informing us of what happened. After this period, MarÀvic Collection is not responsible for the loss of the order.
Delivery is considered completed upon signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Order cancellation before shipping:
The user may cancel the order of products without any associated cost, provided they have not yet been shipped.
If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, they must immediately contact our Customer Service department and request cancellation via email at hola@maravic-collection.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the User will be notified and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.
If the cancellation request is not made before the order is shipped, the products will be sent to the customer who, if they still intend to cancel, will refuse to accept them. The products will be returned and, once received, the refund will be processed, deducting the shipping costs from the value that the User will receive.
The user has the right to return delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities.
The receipt of defective items must be reported to MarÀvic Collection via email to hola@maravic-collection.com within 3 (three) days of receipt of the order, including a photograph documenting the defect. If your claim is justified, the amount paid for the product and the shipping cost to the MarÀvic Collection warehouse will be refunded.
MarÀvic Collection reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, signs that they have been washed, or processed/modified.

In the case of a return due to withdrawal, the customer shall bear the return costs; once the product is received in our warehouses, it will be inspected to verify its condition before the refund is issued. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
MarÀvic Collection does not sell second-hand, defective, or inferior quality products. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.maravic-collection.com can be found on each product page.
MarÀvic Collection will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products appearing on the website www.maravic-collection.com are as accurate and true as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colors.
In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, MarÀvic Collection will seek to resolve complaints filed by the User within 5 (five) business days, via email at hola@maravic-collection.com.
MarÀvic Collection does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.maravic-collection.com, nor any of its functions, and it may be suspended for maintenance, repairs, or updates.
MarÀvic Collection will also not assume any responsibility for damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent MarÀvic Collection from fulfilling its obligations in any way, namely strikes, power failures, telecommunications services or any other service, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, malfunctions, delays by suppliers or carriers, and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.
MarÀvic Collection is not responsible for the abusive use of the user's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.
MarÀvic Collection reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account changes made and notifying users via publication of the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.maravic-collection.com.
