If you reside in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or in another European Union country, you can make the change by filling out the following form:

No changes are allowed outside the European Union (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). To change the size or model, you must return the order/item you want to exchange and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive.
